15-DAY NO-RISK RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of receipt, you may return any item for a refund, credit or exchange. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, customized, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than JewelsBoutique.com), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.
To return a diamond or jewelry item, follow our three step process:
Step #1: Call for a Return Authorization Code.
Call our customer concierge service at 866 972-Jewels (866 972-5393) for a return authorization code, and/or provide exchange information.
Step #2: Packaging and Labels
Please complete the Return Form on your shipping document. Be sure to include the return authorization code that you have been given by calling the above number, attach the form to your package and return it to us within 15 days of receipt.
Step #3: Care and Shipping.
Include all original packaging and collateral material with your return. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write JewelsBoutique.com anywhere on the outside of the box.
Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
- Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
- More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached JewelsBoutique.com. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
- More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting JewelsBoutique.com to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.
