Our technical teams in China, along with our business team in the United States, facilitate and execute based on user-centric experience. Our methods combine…visual and interaction etc. The UX team continuously works with the business team to drive user-centric model. Technical team works on the new products according to the designs created by the UX team. This discussion is not only the UX team’s discussion with business team, but it’s the discussion among all of us – UX, business and technical team.
We always have “coffee time” for great ideas and behavior analysis every week, talking about how our users feel on certain process, what our users want to see first etc. Each day we strive to make online user experience better than brick and mortar stores.
